Due to making everything myself, please expect a 2-3 week waiting time for goods to be made and sent.

Shipping

I will send your purchase by first class signed for, international signed and tracked.

Returns

Please note that as all products are made to order and most times personalised therefore I cannot except returns.

Faulty items

If your item is faulty, please contact me via info@whatsupbirdie.com, I will ask you to return your item and will fix and replace it for you.
